Mami Boutique Policies
- All orders are shipped next day in the morning CST time due to packaging yideos I offer shipping Monday through Saturday, orders placed on Friday afternoons will be shipped out Saturday. All orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sundays will be shipped on Monday due to USPS not being open on Sunday.
- If you message me before purchasing your order and you don't want to have a packaging video recorded incase of issues after shipping/delivery you will receive an email from Mami Boutique with a / Declined Packaging Video. You must read the attached document and fill out the required information, once done you can send it back and your order can be shipped same day.
- Orders can placed on hold for $5 for up to one week, you will receive an email with a receipt for the Item Hold with the date paid and the date the item will no longer be held for. 2days before the deadline date you will receive a message letting you know your item may be taken off hold and available back in the shop, if you need additional hold time (1 week) you will have to repurchase a hold for $5.
- All orders will be filmed when packaged so no claims of items not as described or wrong items sent can be claimed, if there is an issue with your order once delivered and you claim it is wrong items sent or not as described I will send you the packaging video for your order which will include the following in the video:items bought, shipping label with the address and name provided at checkout, items being wrapped in bubble wrap or other necessary packaging material and the end of the video you will see the item/items fully wrapped and packaged inside a box, polly mailer or r/ bubble mailer with the correct shipping label.
- Once items are shipped and delivered it is out of my hands if a package goes missing or marked as delivered, feel free to message with concerns and I can help you file a claim with USPS or in certain cases a refund can be processed.
- I do not under any circumstances offer a refund for an item without it being shipped back and there must be photos taken of the item before sent back showing why it needs to be returned, once photos are accepted a return and refund will be processed if the item matches the photos.
- For all custom orders please message me after purchasing your item to confirm that I have received the image for your custom item, in some cases as long as it is the same price (custom cups only) may you change your design IF I have NOT messaged you saying."I have received your custom order for a (blank) cup, I will start the customization process in an hour."
- All orders come with freebies if you have a specific request for a color combination that you'd like please send that in a message after you have purchased your item, if not it will be randomly chosen by me.
- If your item/items that you are purchasing is for a gift or special occasion, you may message me and let me know what to write for the message inside If you'd like.
- If you are Interested in an item that is sold out/out of stock please message me and I will be able to order it once the custom up front fee has been processed, most items will take 1 too 2 week to be delivered to me and once I receive them I will contact you and we will continue the order and it will get shipped out same day or next

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date and provide notice as required by applicable law.
